Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. 1.4. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to their orders.


2. Returns and Refunds

2.1. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales of these items are final. 2.2. Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt if it is unused and in its original packaging. 2.3. To initiate a return, please contact me at info@alicjanatalicz.art with proof of purchase. 2.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
