My name is Alicja Natalicz and my journey as an artist began in my early years, spent in the Polish countryside by the Vistula Lagoon. This idyllic setting, far removed from the hustle and bustle of civilization, provided a nurturing environment where my sensitivity to the natural world could flourish.

From a young age, I was captivated by the wild nature. The dense forests, expansive reed beds, and the gentle flow of the Vistula Lagoon were my playgrounds, shaping my perception of beauty and instilling in me a profound respect for nature. My closest companions during these formative years were my cats, who not only provided companionship but also became my partners in exploration. It is no surprise, then, that cats feature prominently in my artwork, symbolizing my connection to nature and the spirit of adventure.
Now living and painting in Ireland, I continue to draw inspiration from my surroundings. The lush landscapes of Ireland, with its rolling hills, ocean, and ancient forests, provide a rich beauty that fuels my creativity.
In my glass paintings I invite viewers to rediscover the joy and wonder of childhood and cross-species friendship, where every day is an adventure, and the natural world is filled with colour, magic, and mystery.

My oil pastel art and mixed media is a journey into the heart of nature, capturing the vibrant interplay of light and colour, the serene beauty of landscapes, and the intricate details of flora and fauna, all while expressing the deep connection and harmony between humanity and the natural world.
